HTC has finished the no-load mechanical running test of the first designed split cylinders and low back pressure turbine unit

In September 8th, the first split between cylinders low back pressure turbine finished the test-run experiment in assembly shop.



From the current market status, the steam turbine with high pressure inlet flow, out flow between 0.15-0.3MPa and power 30MW is a marketable product. HTC needs to exploit a new back pressure vat arrangement fall in between the three line backpressure and condensing unit used in low back pressure steam turbine. It has to make sure a high internal efficiency and take full advantage of the energy meanwhile satisfy the user’s requirement. The cogeneration set HNGL 40/56 of Jiayin Huayin project is the first split cylinders designed back pressure unit, adopt a high pressure inflow, outflow pressure 0.196MPa, the consumption of steam indicator locate in a lead position, get competitiveness in the market.

That unit uses the front cylinder of the three line multi-stage steam turbines HNK40/56 to match some new vat arrangement such as K56 and GL... The new designed GL56 low back pressure exhaust hood is supported by the horizontal split, which decrease the influence of the exhaust temperature. The unit adopts a single after bearing to avoid the influence of the high exhaust temperature. Consider the integrated packaging, shorten the lateral dimension of the GL56 and optimize bolt arrangement in the horizontal split to achieve the lightweight design. Decrease the cost by reducing the exhaust hood material level. The universalization of the rotor, front cylinder and exhaust cylinder reduce the period and the cost of the procurement and fabrication. Meanwhile the test-run experiment, the testers of the assembly shop concentrate on the displacement of the cylinder stator and the exhaust temperature. The relevant indicator of the experiment behave well, the front and back transverse bearing temperature maintain 74℃and the vibration is small enough to meet requirement of the experiment outline.
