HTC provides standardized module products, which could be applied for different level of power plant. For each turbine unit, specialized module design could offer high efficiency and good stable performance.

Shenhua Wanzhou Feed Water Pump Project

HTC is able to provide steam turbine for semi-capacity or full-capacity feed water pump to 300MW, 600MW and 1000MW power station. Enjoy a very high brand effect in domestic market. In 2013, HTC won a contract to provide steam turbines for driving full-capacity feed water pump of Shenhua Wanzhou 1000MW ultra supercritical power generation, and became the first domestic manufacturer to provide steam turbine driving full capacity feed pump for 1000MW ultra supercritical units.

Dusan Vietnam Feed Water Pump Project

Dusan Korea invested 2x600MW coal fired power plant in Vinh Tan, Vietnam. As the strategic partner of Dusan, HTC provided 4x11.5MW steam turbines to drive feed water pumps. The steam turbines were assembled before delivering, and easy to be installed and commissioned on site. Now, this kind of fully assembled steam turbine becomes the first choice of driving feed water pump.

USA Feed Water Pump Project

In 2009, Prairie State Generating Company built an coal fired power plant with capacity 800MW in Illinois, USA. Before that, the American customers had no experiences in using Chinese steam turbine. Through the great efforts that we made, HTC successfully ploughed the ice and became the first Chinese steam turbine supplier in USA market. Four condensing steam turbines were produced for driving the feed water pumps.

The design and manufacture of turbine body was strictly according to the API standard. The turbine operating parameters reached to the highest level in the world. And because of the good product experience, in 2012, HTC got the Key Supplier Award from Bechtel, which was the general contractor of the project.
